Join us at Ace Enterprise Park for a relaxed women’s circle and coffee break designed to explore the relationship between giving, self-worth, and personal capacity, both in business and in life.

This session is ideal for anyone who would like to sit, chat, and connect with like-minded women. Open to all. Tea, coffee, and cakes will be provided for all attendees.

About this session:

Facilitated by female mental health expert and proud Ace member Martina Williams, this interactive workshop blends guided discussion, reflective exercises, and light creative activities in a supportive and welcoming space.

Together, we’ll explore how giving shows up in our personal and professional lives — and how learning to give with intention can help us gain balance, clarity, and deeper happiness.

What to expect:

The session will begin with a brief Ted Talk by expert Martina Williams, exploring this year’s International Women’s Day theme, Give to Gain, alongside insights on maintaining positive mindsets and supporting female wellbeing. The session will then move into conversation-led prompts, guided reflection, and a creative exercise designed to foster intention-setting and personal insight.
