This session is designed for self-employed people, early-stage founders and entrepreneurs who want to understand how to prepare for the mortgage journey in Ireland.
The workshop will cover:
- How banks assess self-employed income
- What documentation you may need
- How many years’ accounts are typically required
- Common issues that can delay mortgage applications
- How to plan ahead and become mortgage ready
- What to consider before beginning the mortgage process
The session will include a 30-minute presentation followed by 30 minutes of Q&A and discussion.
This is a practical, educational workshop.
