IN-PERSON: The Autumn Reset: Free Community Clothing Swap in Clondalkin
Friday, 18 September | 11AM – 3PM
The Autumn Reset is a two-part circular economy initiative from Ace Enterprise Park, bringing donation, repair and reuse to South Dublin this September.
This listing is for Day Two: a Community Clothing Swap, delivered in partnership with local seamstress and educator Maya Mohamed.
Come along, browse the rails and discover some great pre-loved clothing, books and plants ready for a new home. Maya will also be on hand with live demonstrations and tips for giving your clothes a new lease of life.
How the Clothing Swap Works
Donate during the week
Bring good-quality, pre-loved clothing, books or plants to Ace Enterprise Park between 9am and 5pm, Monday 14th to Thursday 17th September.
To help us manage the volume of donations and ensure there is a good selection for everyone, we can accept a maximum of 7 items per person.
Each suitable item you donate will earn you one ticket to use at Friday’s Clothing Swap.
Please only bring items that are clean, in good condition and ready to be enjoyed by someone else. Donations are subject to our team’s discretion, and we may not be able to accept damaged, heavily worn or unsuitable items.
Bring your tickets on Friday
Join us on Friday, 18th September, and exchange your tickets for items from the swap.
One ticket = one item.
Haven’t donated? You can still take part
Everyone is welcome, whether or not you have donated during the week.
If you don’t have tickets from a donation, you can receive tickets at the door on Friday by making an optional €1 contribution. Your tickets can then be used to choose from the donated items.
Any contributions will go towards our September Coffee Morning fundraiser in support of Our Lady’s Hospice & Care Services.
