What to expect

1. Opening Panel
A guided Q&A with our three founders on their specialisms, their journeys, and their advice for anyone thinking about starting their own business, followed by questions from the floor.

2. Skincare Session
Led by LM Skin Clinic and Naked Glow, this session looks at how wellness starts from within, with a practical introduction to a simple skincare routine, sending you home with the Naked Glow samples and know-how to keep it going yourself.

3. Sound Bath Experience
Facilitated by wellness expert Draíocht Holistics, a guided sound journey for relaxation and internal balance, moving through grounding, the sound journey itself, and a gentle landing, before closing with a water bowl ritual to set an intention and leave feeling centred.

4. Networking & Tea
The evening closes downstairs with a range of herbal teas and informal time to connect with the facilitators and fellow guests.
