Come along and hear psychotherapist Dr Richard Hogan’s insightful and thought-provoking perspective on the realities of modern life for men. He will explore the pressures men face today, from work and relationships to identity and expectations, and how these can impact mental health. Dr Hogan will share practical advice on recognising the early signs of burnout, building emotional resilience, and developing healthier habits around self-care and connection. With a warm and relatable style, he brings clarity and compassion to complex topics, creating a supportive space for attendees to reflect, learn and take meaningful steps toward stronger mental wellbeing.
