The Connected Hubs Members Platform is designed to support collaboration, networking, and knowledge-sharing among hub members, managers, and staff across the national hubs network.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of it.

You may not use the Platform:

  • to attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data;

6. Liability and Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the WDC excludes all conditions, warranties, representations, or other terms that may apply to the Platform or any content on it, whether express or implied.

The WDC shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising from or in connection with:

  • your use of, or inability to use, the Platform; or

  • reliance on any information provided through the Platform.
